David Vafai is Chairman of Redbridge and CEO of bfinance International Limited. Prior to founding the company in 1999, he worked at Mercer in Toronto, Goldman Sachs International in London and Bertelsmann in Paris. David holds an HBSc in Actuarial Science from the Universtiy of Western Ontario, an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
David Laugier is the Chief Operating Officer of Redbridge. After first working at Paribas, then at BNP Paribas, David joined bfinance. He has spent the past fifteen years developing bfinance's Debt & Treasury advisory business. Now operating under the name Redbridge, his teams have offices in Paris, Europe and North America. David graduated from Paris Dauphine University.

Stephan worked in corporate and investment banking at Calyon in Paris for six years before joining bfinance in 2004. In charge of the firm's international development, he worked on bfinance’s merger with The Montauk Group and is currently Redbridge's Managing Director for North America. He received his degree from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce in Toulouse.
David is Head of Coverage for the Americas for Redbridge. Prior to that, David was at Mizuho, where he founded and led the Corporate Finance Advisory group and then headed the Industrial & Diversified Industries coverage group. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Barclays Capital. David holds a BS from the U.S. Naval Academy, MS from Strayer University and MBA from the Ohio State University. He is a CFA charterholder, a vice-chair of CFA New York’s Fintech Leadership Group, a member of the CFA New York’s Veteran’s Roundtable and a Blue & Gold Officer for the U.S. Naval Academy.
Bob holds almost 20 years of global finance experience. In the 1990’s, he made equity markets for Fidelity. By 2005, he had moved to a Frontier/EM debt hedge fund, focusing on performing & distressed/recovery credits. In 2010, Bob launched and later ran Banco Bradesco’s NY fixed income dealer desk. Since 2013, Bob has been a global consultant to corporate finance executives. He has a B.A. from UT, Austin in Economics & English Literature, and a Master’s degree from Columbia, with a focus on International Finance & Business.
With over forty years of commitment to the banking industry, Michael is a highly respected professional who has led treasury management products and services teams for US Bank, Bank of America, RBS Citizens Bank, State Street Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Citibank. Board member of the Treasury Management Association of New England and Chair of the TMANE Advisory Board, Michael also has been an active member in the Association of Financial Professionals for over thirty years (NCMA, TMA, AFP). He was a member of the Canadian Cash Management Association and earned his CCM certification in 1984.
Based in Charlotte, Aeron has worked in the financial advisory industry for the past 6 years. Prior, she worked with customers with their merchant processing . Aeron has helped 100’s of clients optimize their payment environment; specifically finding solutions with their cash management and merchant card fees.
Greg manages client engagements and assist companies from the Midwest in their development by providing support for all their financing and treasury projects. He started his career in corporate banking with Frost Bank, as credit analyst before moving to corporate banking. Most recently, he served as relationship manager at US Dataworks, a payments software company dedicated to integrated receivables. Greg holds a degree in finance from Texas Christian University.
Based in New York, Hélène has developed strong expertise in the United States and Asian markets since joining the Redbridge treasury advisory group in 2011. She has a degree from EDHEC and is fluent in English, French and Chinese. She has contributed to about thirty cash management and banking relations projects for major companies and institutions. Prior to coming to Redbridge, Hélène worked in financial engineering at Centuria Capital.
Before joining Redbridge in 2017, Eric worked at Wells Fargo for seventeen years. He worked on optimizing clients’ treasury structures and recommended solutions to maximize their efficiency. In addition, he developed treasury pricing models that were both cost-effective for the client and profitable for the bank. Eric holds a degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
Dan has joined Redbridge to lead the U.S. Payment Cards Solutions within the Treasury Advisory team. He brought a deep payments consulting background coupled with several years working for a boutique merchant processor. Dan is a Certified Treasury Professionnal and a Certified Payments Professionnal.
Daniel is responsible for developing the new generation of Bank Relationships Management software solutions for corporate treasurers: Hawkeye BSB. Daniel, Certified Treasury Professional, is a nationally recognized treasury expert who has worked over the last two decades with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies in developing strategies to monitor, audit, and optimize their bank relationships and bank fees. He has joined from Fiserv, the provider of technology solutions to financial institutions, that acquired Weiland Corporate Solutions, which Daniel joined in 1998.
Based in Houston, Bridget is a cash management and banking relationship management expert. She leads regular training sessions on the topic at the Association for Financial Professionals. She also works on harmonizing banking industry practices via the development of new AFP Global Services Codes. Bridget graduated from Southwestern University.
Dave Strand (CTP), joined Redbridge Analytics from Weiland Corporate Solutions at Fiserv. Dave has twenty plus years of achievement with client engagement and sales in the financial products arena focusing on corporate bank fee & account management products, FX solutions and payment platforms.
Scott Hansen has worked in global corporate treasury for more than two decades with a broad base of bank relationship management, bank fees, foreign exchange and treasury solutions. He joins Redbridge Analytics from Fiserv, where he worked with hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies within the Weiland Corporate division.
Gaëlle joined Redbridge in 2017 after working several years at ING Wholesale Banking as Project Manager and then Product Manager Cash Management. Gaëlle holds a master from IAE Caen.
Before joining Redbridge in 2013, Gildas did financial computing for several banks and insurance companies. Besides managing Redbridge’s information systems, Gildas is also developing a platform dedicated to the audit, monitoring and optimization of banking fees for major companies (Bank Service Billing). Gildas has a degree in IT engineering from Ecole supérieure de génie informatique.

Corporate Coverage - Europe
Philippe is currently a portfolio manager at Redbridge DTA. He previously spent six years advising the firm's clients on financing strategy and debt structuring. An EM Lyon graduate, he began his career with Société Générale CIB as a credit analyst before joining bfinance DTA, now Redbridge, in 2009.
Mathieu manages a portfolio of major French and European clients within the corporate coverage team. He joined bfinance in 2000 after beginning his career at Fortis Banque as an International cash manager. He received his degree from ESSCA and holds a Master from Université Paris-Est.
Aurélie joined Redbridge DTA in 2013 after seven years with Royal Bank of Scotland in Paris, where she managed a portfolio of major French companies. Aurélie, a graduate of EM Lyon, had previously worked at Morgan Stanley in London. She first worked for Morgan Stanley’s European pension funds team and later with the securitization team.
Anne-Caroline joined the Redbridge Corporate Coverage team in 2015. She previously worked eight years at Barclays Capital, notably in Capital Markets origination where she monitored large French companies. An EDHEC graduate, Anne-Caroline also has a Master's in Private Law from University of Paris X - Nanterre.
Olivier began his career at San Paolo bank where he spent nearly ten years as a major accounts manager, then as a corporate markets director for the Lyon region. He joined Redbridge DTA in early 2000. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked on projects involving collateralized financing and trade finance transactions. Olivier is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Based in Geneva, Mihai joined Redbridge in 2017, after almost a decade with Deutsche Bank in The Netherlands and in Switzerland, where he established the bank's Commodity Trade Finance presence in 2011. A graduate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Mihai holds an MSc in International Finance from the Amsterdam University and an MBA from RSM. He started his banking career in 2002 with ING in the Netherlands in the Credit Risk Management department, followed by a coverage role in the Structured Finance department.
Debt Advisory - Europe
Didier manages Redbridge’s debt advisory division. He joined the team in 2013 with 25 years of experience in balance sheet structuring, rating and fund raising acquired at Moody's, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Oddo Corporate Finance. Didier received his degree from ESSCA.
Grégoire began his career at Société Générale, as a financial analyst, and later in a private equity fund before joining the Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory team in 2012. Grégoire is graduated from University Paris Dauphine.
Grégoire de Blignières
Matthieu joined the Redbridge Debt Advisory Team in 2015 with 20 years of experience in debt origination, structuring and negotiation. The ESC Rouen graduate spent eighteen years at Société Générale CIB where he worked as a banking advisor and later as a director of corporate loan syndication, commodities and acquisitions for Asia and Europe markets.

Augustin Huyghues Despointes is a structured debt specialist. He joined the Redbridge debt advisory team in 2014 after spending six years with Crédit Industrial et Commercial's acquisition financing and LBO teams. A graduate of Edhec, Augustin began his career in London at Société Générale CIB as a financial analyst for the media & telecoms sector.
Augustin Huyghues Despointes
Muriel specializes in primary market debt. She has over 20 years of experience covering leadership roles in capital markets. She began her career in corporate treasury then worked as a bond trader at Indosuez and ING. She was editor-in-chief for rates and currencies at l'Agefi Quotidien, a daily newspaper, and joined the bfinance team in 2001. Muriel graduated from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds an ICMA Primary Bond Market Certificate.
Treasury Advisory - Europe
Nathalie is Head of Treasury Advisory at Redbridge. Before taking on this role, she managed the firm's team of treasury consultants from 2001 to 2009. She then became General Secretary of the group and was in charge of human resources, quality control and strategic projects. More recently, Nathalie led the corporate coverage team from 2015 to 2018. She is an HEC graduate and began her consulting career with AT Kearney.
Dino is Head of Treasury Advisory in the UK & Ireland. He has over 20 years’ experience gained in the UK, Europe, Switzerland, South America, South Africa, India and the Middle East. From 2011 to 2017, he built and led the Treasury Advisory Services of a Big 4 in London. Dino is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, an Associate Member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) and holds an economics degree from the University of Cambridge. He is also an elected member of the Council of the ACT.
Alexandre manages a team of consultants specializing in Treasury, Cash Management and Banking Relationship. He joined Redbridge in 2008 after working at Deloitte for several years.
Mélina joined Redbridge in 2008 and is now in charge of the credit card processing business within the Treasury & Cash Management team. Prior to that, Mélina worked in the financial division at Vedior France Group.
Mélina Le Sauze
Guillaume joined Redbridge's Treasury Advisory team in 2017. Prior to that, he carried out Treasury and Corporate Finance assignments at Mazars, where he assisted the financial departments of international groups and developed expertise in optimizing working capital and cash forecasts. Former treasurer of the French Treasury (Agence France Trésor), he is one of the global experts in cash management of the International Monetary Fund. He is a graduate of ESCP business school in finance, holds a Master of Law from the Sorbonne and is a former student of the French Treasury School.
Solenn joined the Treasury & Cash Management team in January 2012 after working in the banking industry for 12 years, including 7 years with BNP Paribas. Solenn has extensive experience in cash management and cash pooling in Europe.
Solenn Le Lay
Florent joined Redbridge in 2010 as a consultant within the treasury solutions team. As such, he has taken part in about forty assignments for major companies and institutions. Before joining the company, he worked in the front-office at Areva and was responsible for external financing. He is a graduate of the Grenoble École de Management and holds an MBA from Southern Illinois University.
With more than 6 years of experience in bank and corporate treasury, Manon has developed a strong expertise in international cash management and treasury systems & processes. Manon graduated with a Master’s Degree in Bank and Finance at Paris University - La Sorbonne. She joined the Redbridge team in 2011 and is now an Associate within the Treasury Advisory team. Prior to joining Redbridge, Manon worked for LCL as a Corporate Relationship Manager for Largecaps.
Constance joined Redbridge in 2016 after working on EY’s audit team for several years. She has a Master's in Finance from Grenoble - Ecole de Management.
Anne joined bfinance in 2004. After working for seven years within Treasury Advisory, she was appointed as Financial Controller at Redbridge in 2011. Through her thoroughness and knowledge of US cash management, along with her passion for the advisory business, Anne has been involved in numerous strategic projects for clients. Anne is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
Emmanuel is Head of marketing and directs the Observatory, Redbridge's strategic thought leadership program for the financial community. Prior to joining bfinance in 2006, he worked as a journalist, specializing in financial markets and asset management. Emmanuel graduated from Université Paris Dauphine.
