Our Team

David Vafai is Chairman of Redbridge and CEO of bfinance International Limited. Prior to founding the company in 1999, he worked at Mercer in Toronto, Goldman Sachs International in London and Bertelsmann in Paris. David holds an HBSc in Actuarial Science from the Universtiy of Western Ontario, an MBA from INSEAD and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.

David Laugier is the Chief Executive Officer of Redbridge. After first working at Paribas, then at BNP Paribas, David joined bfinance. He has spent the past fifteen years developing bfinance's Debt & Treasury advisory business. Now operating under the name Redbridge, his teams have offices in Paris, Europe and North America. David graduated from Paris Dauphine University.

Patrick has over 25 years international experience across advisory and senior leadership roles. His leadership roles include managing director, operations at Alexander Forbes, CEO of client & market services / group head of operations EMEA & AsiaPac at Marsh and executive director, global sales & marketing at Lombard International. In an advisory capacity, he has held partner roles at Oliver Wyman and Humatica, a private equity focused advisory firm. Patrick holds a Bachelor in Economics from UCL and an MBA from Manchester BS. He is Swedish and Italian and conducts business in German, French, Italian, Swedish, and English.

Rohin joined Redbridge in 2018 and brings over 15 years of banking experience across Asia and North America focusing extensively on covering large global corporations within corporate banking, transaction banking, and debt capital markets. He started his career in India as a relationship manager within corporate banking at ICICI Bank and subsequently moved to corporate & investment banking at Citi. Most recently he was with Deutsche Bank in the US where he spent time across coverage for global corporate banking, debt capital markets, and as the COO for Client Data Services.

Michael has over 15 years of experience in capital markets and financial services. He began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co., which led to several distinctive positions, including Managing Director at KPG Capital Partners, an alternative investments placement; Director for PNC Capital Advisors and PNC Bank's Institutional Asset Management Group; and Director for John W Henry & Company, Inc., a systematic commodity trading advisor. Michael participated in a fellowship with the 110th Congress of the United States, where he was a Staff Detailee for the the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations. He studied Business Management at Valley Forge Military College and Finance at Florida Gulf Coast University, and holds NFA/FINRA Series 3, 7 and 66 securities registrations.

Michael joined Redbridge in 2021 and brings more than 10 years of banking and relationship management experience to the team. He began his career as an analyst within J.P. Morgan's Investment bank focused on the Energy sector before moving to their Asset Management division. He was most recently a member of J.P. Morgan's Wholesale Payments group where he helped build out their Healthcare segment focused on transaction banking.

Didier manages Redbridge’s debt advisory division. He joined the team in 2013 with 25 years of experience in balance sheet structuring, rating and fund raising acquired at Moody's, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Oddo Corporate Finance. Didier received his degree from ESSCA.

Audrey Lokker, CFA, has over 25 years of experience in the U.S. debt capital markets, with experience in CDOs, asset-based lending, large corporate lending and middle market/sponsor finance. She spent 11 years at JP Morgan Chase and has spent time at a large international bank and a regional bank on both the credit underwriting and relationship management teams. She has deep expertise in the way banks view the value of relationships and credit risk, and has covered a wide variety of transactions from simple revolvers to complex multi-tier structures. Audrey earned her BA in economics from Trinity University and her MBA from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. Audrey is married, with two children, and has lived in Houston for almost 30 years. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, yoga, reading, and volunteering.

Matthieu joined the Redbridge Debt Advisory Team in 2015 with 20 years of experience in debt origination, structuring and negotiation. The ESC Rouen graduate spent eighteen years at Société Générale CIB where he worked as a banking advisor and later as a director of corporate loan syndication, commodities and acquisitions for Asia and Europe markets.

Muriel specializes in primary market debt. She has over 20 years of experience covering leadership roles in capital markets. She began her career in corporate treasury then worked as a bond trader at Indosuez and ING. She was editor-in-chief for rates and currencies at l'Agefi Quotidien, a daily newspaper, and joined the bfinance team in 2001. Muriel graduated from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and holds an ICMA Primary Bond Market Certificate.

Sébastien joined Redbridge in 2021. He brings a more than 15 year experience in Structured Finance. He spent 9 years at BNP Paribas and 7 years at Natixis as an originator & structurer. Sébastien graduated from Audencia Business School in France and has an MBA in Finance from Laval University (Canada).

Alexandre manages a team of consultants specializing in Treasury, Cash Management and Banking Relationship. He joined Redbridge in 2008 after working at Deloitte for several years.

Constance joined Redbridge in 2016 after working on EY’s audit team for several years. She has a Master's in Finance from Grenoble - Ecole de Management.

Dan leads the Global Payment Strategy practice within the Treasury Advisory team. His background includes payments consulting along with several years working for a boutique merchant processor. Dan is a Certified Treasury Professional and a Certified Payments Professional.

Before joining Redbridge in 2021, Iris led the treasury advisory services at EY Lux. She started her career as liquidity analyst at Société Générale and spent 5 years as senior treasury analyst at Carlyle, conducting multiple treasury projects in Carlyle's companies portfolio. Iris holds a master degree in Finance from IAE Poitiers.

Gabriel joined Redbridge in 2020 after four years working as Chief Operating Officer at TSI Payment, a Parisian FinTech specialized in alternative payments methods. He holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from the University of Murcia (Spain).

Before joining Redbridge in 2013, Gildas did financial computing for several banks and insurance companies. Besides managing Redbridge’s information systems, Gildas is also developing a platform dedicated to the audit, monitoring and optimization of banking fees for major companies (Bank Service Billing). Gildas has a degree in IT engineering from Ecole supérieure de génie informatique.

Based in Houston, Bridget is a cash management and banking relationship management expert. She leads regular training sessions on the topic at the Association for Financial Professionals. She also works on harmonizing banking industry practices via the development of new AFP Global Services Codes. Bridget graduated from Southwestern University.

Dave Strand (CTP), joined Redbridge Analytics from Weiland Corporate Solutions at Fiserv. Dave has twenty plus years of achievement with client engagement and sales in the financial products arena focusing on corporate bank fee & account management products, FX solutions and payment platforms.

Amanda rejoined the Redbridge team in 2022, and currently leads the client services team with in Analytics. She has over 20 years of experience in the banking and financial industry, with a background in retail banking, corporate treasury, and project management.

Dana joined Redbridge in 2019 and leadsthe data team within Analytics. She has over16 years of leadership experience acrossvarious industries including retailmanagement, real estate, and finance,with a background in client relations andtreasury billing data.

Emmanuel joined Redbridge in 2006 and oversees the firm’s publications and thought leadership program. An experienced writer, editor and researcher focused on debt markets, financing strategies and treasury management, he is also responsible for all aspects of marketing across the Redbridge brand. Prior to joining Redbridge, he worked as a journalist, specializing in financial markets and asset management. Emmanuel graduated from Université Paris Dauphine.

Tasha Etsibah is the US HR Director at Redbridge. She joined the company in 2022 and came with 17 years of Legal and HR experience. Tasha qualified as a Lawyer in the United Kingdom and specialized in Employment Law & Personal Injury Law. She has worked in multiple countries including France, the UK, Costa Rice and the US and has deep and broad knowledge of HR practices. Tasha is Head of our HR Department in the US and is part of our Global HR Team.
