Paris, 2 October 2018 – In a market in which technology and regulations are evolving quickly, the Redbridge Group has strengthened its position in the fast-growing cash management sector by acquiring De Rhins, a specialist in the optimization of bank fees. The merger will help both companies better serve their corporate customers.

Created in 2008, De Rhins is an operational consulting firm dedicated to cash management consulting and bank fee optimization. Its France-based team has been involved in more than 100 projects that have provided businesses with innovative tools to reduce their bank fees and improve their cash management processes.

Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory is a leading financial management partner to corporations around the globe. Over the past decade, its teams in Paris, Geneva, London, New York and Houston have been involved in more than 400 projects that have enabled companies to optimize their financing and cash management. Redbridge helps companies at every stage of the process, from the initial strategic development of solutions to their operational implementation.

Anthony Schulhof, President and Founder of De Rhins, states: “This merger will give our clients access to new expertise, particularly in terms of debt, and will enable us to provide them with support for all of their financing and cash management needs wherever they are in the world.”

David Laugier, Chief Operating Officer of Redbridge, adds that: “The technical and methodological approaches for cash management developed by Redbridge and De Rhins complement each other well. The acquisition strengthens Redbridge’s position in its traditional markets and will also lead to exciting opportunities to develop its financing and treasury consultancy services with new clients.”

After the acquisition, the Redbridge and De Rhins teams will continue to operate under two separate brands, two separate approaches and in different locations. The entire De Rhins team will remain in place and its executives will continue to be involved as shareholders within the Redbridge Group.
