Houston, April 23rd – Redbridge Debt & Treasury Advisory announced today the addition of David Evans as the company’s Head of Client Coverage for the Americas, a new position created to manage the company’s rapid growth in the U.S. market.  Mr. Evans will report to Stephan Ireland, Managing Director of the Americas.

“David has a proven track record of building corporate finance advisory teams and businesses in the U.S. market” commented Mr. Ireland.  “He brings a wealth of experience advising global companies and I am excited about the value he will bring to our clients.  I look forward to his help in continuing to broaden our client base and product offering here in the U.S.”

Mr. Evans, based in New York, will lead the expansion of the firm’s treasury advisory business, which helps corporations optimize their treasury operations and banking relationships around the globe. As an experienced corporate finance specialist, he will also be responsible for expanding Redbridge’s well-respected debt advisory business to the U.S. market.

Mr. Evans brings extensive experience as a senior banker providing corporate finance advisory services to a wide spectrum of public and private corporations. He most recently served as Managing Director at Mizuho, where he founded and led the Corporate Finance Advisory group and then headed the Industrials & Diversified Industries coverage group.  He previously worked in investment banking at Barclays Capital.

“Redbridge’s client-focused advisory services are in high demand as companies seek independent advice in navigating the complex and sometimes conflicted relationships with their banks,” David said.  “With a fresh approach to debt and treasury advisory designed to fully align interests with the client, Redbridge is well positioned to fill the trusted advisor role with an ever larger base of clients.  I am delighted to join the team and help accelerate that growth.”
